DALLAS, TEXAS - I once said I would never go to Uganda because of the brutal terror reign of Idi "Big Daddy" Amin, a dictator who made Khadafi look like Tinkerbell. The world changes, and I'm poised to fly to a once-nightmare country, now with a thriving Christian community. I'm on the way to ask Ugandans how this transformation happened, and discover what we as Americans can learn from it.
